Akshardham takes an utmost care and concern of our students, staff and the visitors within school compound as well as in school transportation. 24/7 CCTV video surveillance in and around the school campus. Our school busses are equipped with CCTV cameras with GPRS technology along with voice support. Total School area is secured with a tall and strong compound wall constructed with solar-fencing.
Well trained security guards are deployed at the front as well as rear gates of the school compound.
Ensuring Student Safety Within the School Premises :-
- Supervised Campus: During breaks and throughout the day, teachers actively monitor the campus as per the duty schedule. Any disciplinary concerns are promptly addressed to maintain an atmosphere of integrity and respect.
- Emergency Preparedness: Regular evacuation drills are conducted to equip students and staff with the necessary safety procedures.
- Constant Supervision: Teachers and staff ensure that students are under supervision at all times, fostering a secure and protective environment.
- Rules and Awareness: School and classroom rules on safety, security, and hygiene are regularly discussed with students to help them understand their significance.
Safety Measures in School Transport :-
- Supervised Travel: Students traveling by school buses are always accompanied by teachers and trained support staff.
- Equipped for Emergencies: Each CNG school bus is equipped with a first-aid kit and fire safety equipment to handle any emergencies.
- Identity Verification:
- All students and staff members are required to wear I-cards at all times, both on campus and during school trips.
- Parents must present their Parent I-cards issued by the school during pick-up from the campus or bus stops.
Visitor and External Event Security :-
- Field Trips and Events: For field trips, outstation visits, or off-campus events, students are always accompanied by teachers to ensure their safety.
- Visitor Monitoring: The arrival and departure of visitors are strictly monitored through visitor cards and gate passes issued by security personnel and school administration.
